Professional Experience

Mergleda brings over 10 years of diverse experience in accounting, taxation, and financial consulting. She began her career in Europe before transitioning into the Canadian financial sector, where she now works closely with high growth clients. Her focus includes corporate and personal taxation, bookkeeping, payroll administration, and financial compliance. Mergleda is passionate about supporting small and mid-sized enterprises, helping them streamline financial operations and navigate their tax compliance requirements.

She currently serves as a board member of two non-profit organizations in Canada and is actively involved in community-focused financial literacy initiatives. Mergleda has also taught computerized accounting at the post-secondary level in Canada and continues to contribute to professional development in the field.

Mergleda holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance and is currently a PhD candidate in Economics. She is also pursuing her CPA designation with CPA Ontario.
